Shipping rates are shown before checkout. US orders over $75 ship free, and every return starts with a clean indoor fit check before the first swim.

Before your dog wears a vest in water, please try it indoors over a dry coat. This keeps exchanges simple and helps us keep returned items safe for the next pet family.
Processing
Orders are prepared within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation after checkout and a shipping email with tracking once the package leaves our warehouse.
Delivery windows
Standard US delivery usually takes 5-10 business days after dispatch. International delivery typically takes 8-18 business days depending on destination, customs processing, and local carrier handoff.
Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be clean, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached. After inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Hygiene and swimwear
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept items that have been worn in water, show signs of use, have excessive pet hair, or are returned without original hygiene protection.

Used swimwear, wet gear, damaged tags, pet hair, odor, or visible wear cannot be accepted. Duties, VAT/GST, customs handling fees, or local carrier charges may apply to international orders unless clearly displayed at checkout.
